Developed key marketing processes

Created bespoke processes, templates and tools for key activities across proposition development, end-to-end own-brand management and concept copywriting.

Delivered training and coaching programmes

Ensured colleagues understood and adopted new ways of working, and were supported to develop and embed their skills.

An engaged, confident team, with clear and shared processes, plus the skills to deliver sharper propositions.
