Work Experience: Ed’s expertise is in marketing strategy and capability development, built over the course of more than 20 years in both brand marketing and consulting roles.  Having started his marketing career in brand management on a variety of FMCG brands, including Cadbury, Ed decided to pursue his passion for capability-building.  As a consultant at Brand Learning, and subsequently Principal Director at Accenture, Ed has led wide-ranging marketing capability initiatives at a variety of global organisations including Kellogg, Bacardi, PepsiCo, Kimberly-Clark, Heineken, GSK and Novartis.
