Work experience: Lucy specialises in marketing strategy and capability development. She began her career in brand management at P&G and has since worked across a range of global well-loved FMCG brands spanning food, household and beauty care categories. After experiencing first-hand the transformational power of capability building, Lucy joined Brand Learning and subsequently Accenture in capability consulting roles before moving to a global marketing capability role in-house at Haleon Consumer Healthcare.
